Beyond shelter and basic needs, we deliver transformative solutions to help young people ages 16 to 24 build productive, independent, and sustainable lives. In alignment with the mission and guiding principles of Covenant House Missouri (CHMO), the Support Services Associate at the Youth Assessment Center is responsible for fostering youth engagement, ensuring youth safety, providing mentoring, and delivering transportation services to youth ages 14-17. This position serves as a key point of contact within the Covenant House Missouri facility, playing a central role in managing the flow of traffic and interactions within the building. Key responsibilities include maintaining building security by overseeing both in-person and telephone interactions with visitors and clients while adhering to established policies and procedures. The Support Services Associate helps ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring surveillance equipment, maintaining visitor logs, and managing entry protocols. In addition, the role involves assisting non-residential community youth in accessing essential services at Covenant House Missouri. This includes supporting youth in securing basic needs, scheduling appointments with Support Services staff, and providing referrals to appropriate external community resources.
