About The Position

Join our team as an Overwrap Line Lead! We're looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As an Overwrap Line Lead, you'll supervise, train, and coordinate line associates, troubleshoot machinery, and maintian acurate production records in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent beneficial but not required
• Must have mechanical experience/knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Six months of steady work history
• Experience in protein processing/manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor the overwrap machinery (e.g., tray sealing, wrapping, and labeling equipment) to ensure it is running smoothly and effectively
• Ensure the correct product is being packaged, weighed, priced, and labeled according to customer specifications and company standards
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance to schedule and coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of production line associates assigned to the overwrap and tray-packing area
• Conduct regular quality checks of packaged products (e.g., proper seal, correct weight, accurate label placement)
• Direct the workflow and rotation of personnel to maintain peak line efficiency
• Act as a primary point of contact for line associates, addressing questions, concerns, and minor conflicts
