About The Position

As an Overnight Youth Monitor | Life Skills team member, you will interact meaningfully with clients, complete security calls to the night supervisor, and maintain regular communication with co-worker(s). You will supervise the morning routine, observe client behavior and intervene appropriately, ensure client location, and conduct and document random/unpredictable head counts/bed checks. Additionally, you will conduct outside building security checks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass criminal background check investigation.
