About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join their overnight team for awake care only. Overnight caregivers are essential in providing peace of mind to clients and their families by ensuring safety, comfort, and quality care throughout the night. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Clear TB test or chest x-ray
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for seniors wherever they call home
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Follow individualized care plans often focused on dementia care
