Requirements

• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours if needed.
• Equipment Operator (Order Picker)
• Follow food safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to lift 5-70lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment. (10 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit)
• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – One to two years of related experience in food production preferred.
• Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
• Accuracy – Demonstrated ability to accurately pack product in a timely fashion.
• Language – Basic English speaking and written proficiency.
• A combination of the above will also be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Receiving product into inventory
• Stocking shelves with correct rotation
• Inventory control
• Pull, assemble, and palletize orders according to scheduled route specifications
