About The Position
BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technicians to work in our busy Emergency and Specialty departments! This role requires a commitment to enriching lives through remarkable care for pets and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to provide quality care for pets.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts - 8pm-8am.
- Weekend & holiday availability is required.
- Unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to various departments within the hospital including Emergency, Neurology, Oncology and Surgery.
- Triage and obtain patient history.
- Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR.
- Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
- Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases.
- Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients.
- Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
- Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents.
