Requirements
- This is an overnight position. You must be available all days, Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities
- Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc., from specified areas to the dish machines.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china, utensils, glassware, etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors, walls, etc.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
