About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the amount of non-selling work performed by Sales Outfitters, giving them more time for customer service and selling. Tasks are performed under direct supervision, using established policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.

The position supports replenishment, inventory management, price changes, department recovery, visual merchandising, planogram execution and, during peak business, OMNI fulfillment. The employer accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking and standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and merchandise preparation and setup for ads.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
