About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Associate assists with the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the non-selling workload of Sales Outfitters so they can focus on customer service and selling opportunities. Tasks include replenishment, inventory support, price changes, merchandise recovery, visual merchandising, planogram execution, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. Work is performed under direct supervision using defined policies and procedures, and is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership regarding price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty-peg scans, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Complete merchandise recovery across departments, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and rehanging.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for ads, and department resets as required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
