Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property. This role involves processing daily audit procedures, pulling daily audit reports, and auditing and reconciling all revenue postings within Opera. The supervisor will respond promptly to property emergency situations, validating guest check-in & check out reservations, and verifying all arrivals. They will also respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner via various platforms including Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls. Maintaining the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication and responding to all guest tickets for supervising Outposts are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting team members, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
