About The Position
Evolution is hiring Overnight Studio Hosts in Philadelphia. You will host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from a professional broadcast studio while online players join from around the world. This is not a typical overnight job; you will not be stocking shelves, sitting at a front desk, or working on a smoky casino floor. Instead, you will host live online casino games on camera inside a modern professional studio during overnight shifts (11pm, 1am, or 3am start times). The role combines live hosting, customer service, and a broadcast studio environment. No casino or dealer experience is required, as paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Prefer working overnight or early morning shifts
- Are comfortable being on camera
- Bring steady energy and focus during late hours
- Can follow procedures consistently
- Are reliable, professional, and punctual
- Want a full time overnight role with real growth potential
- Are available to work weekends and holidays
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally with players
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
- Ability to work assigned overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
