We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead to join our team in Aventura and Boca Raton, FL. This role is critical to maintaining the pristine environment of two boutique fitness studios, ensuring every space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As part of a two-person overnight route team, you will play a vital role in upholding Slate’s reputation for quality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience, preferably in fitness or high-end environments
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for timekeeping and documenting work with before/after photos
- Able to safely lift 30–50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and bend to clean floor-level equipment
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 21 years old
- Has reliable transportation and a personal vehicle to travel between Aventura and Boca Raton for the overnight route
- Available to work overnight shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize all studio areas nightly, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail spaces
- Document cleanliness with before/after photos at each location and log accurate timekeeping via the designated app
- Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist; report maintenance and safety issues; adhere to the overnight route schedule and drive between locations
- Manage and track supplies for the route, monitor stock levels, place restocking orders, and coordinate replacements for both locations
- Lead duties: supervise cleaner attendance, coordinate same-night coverage, and communicate operational issues to the support team
