About The Position

The Overnight Store Clerk provides exceptional customer service by assisting customers with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude, operating a cash register, and stocking merchandise. The role involves scanning, ringing up, and/or entering merchandise into the register; collecting payment and providing change; bagging purchases; helping customers with questions or concerns; maintaining high standards of cleanliness; and stocking merchandise throughout the store. The position works overnight hours, typically between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., though hours may vary by store.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with questions or concerns.
Operate a cash register; scan, ring up, and/or enter customer merchandise.
Collect customer payments and provide appropriate change.
Bag customer purchases.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Stock merchandise throughout the store.
