The position also drives financial performance and sales by reviewing Profit Loss statements, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses. The coach will monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Additionally, the role provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. The coach ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and utilizes the Open Door Policy.
