About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and developing teams, driving financial performance and sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves supervising and developing hourly associates, coordinating job-related activities, and fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. The Overnight Stocking Coach will focus on operational processes, merchandise presentation, and achieving sales and profit goals for their designated store area.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit Loss statements and managing budgets.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Manages and supports customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Attracts and retains the best talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
