About The Position

This role involves leading and developing teams to drive financial performance and sales in a designated store area. The coach is responsible for ensuring effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes, while also managing and mitigating shrink. They will supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and promoting a culture of belonging. The position also requires ensuring compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, and acting with integrity by maintaining high ethical standards and holding oneself and others accountable. The role emphasizes serving customers by delivering results, putting the customer first, and making data-driven decisions. It also involves striving for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and encouraging learning from mistakes, while adopting new technologies and supporting change.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
