About The Position

The Overnight Stocking Clerk stocks food and grocery products to prepare store shelves for customers. The role involves moving products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations using the location codes on boxes, and repeating the process until assigned areas are complete. The clerk also handles backstock and cardboard and trash, helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, works with leadership to complete assigned areas on time, and provides friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed. Overnight shifts prepare the store for the day ahead, and the clerk may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities
