This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked. It also includes maintaining a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Members are to be delivered excellent service, with concerns resolved and deescalated. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) is expected, focusing on being Fast, Friendly, and ensuring the club is Full, Fresh, and Clean. Team members will work to deliver GOLD club standards daily, with commitment and pride to maintain a Grand opening look, ensure all items are stocked and promotional plans are executed, maintain visible accurate signage, and keep the club clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business is also key.

Requirements

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
• Acts with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address all concerns and to escalate any concerns, as appropriate.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for our members and each other.
