About The Position
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Overnight Stocker to join their team. This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and food items, ensuring all products are clearly labeled and fully stocked. The position also requires maintaining a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned duties, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly attitude. Members are expected to deliver service excellence, resolve concerns, and ensure a safe and positive experience. The role requires a daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean, and GOLD Club Standards, ensuring a grand opening look daily with all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and a clean and organized environment. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business.
Requirements
- Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
- Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.

- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
- Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
- Maintains the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris from the store.
- Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains display signage for all products.
- Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
- Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
- Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
- Maintains all club policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
