About The Position

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Overnight Stocker to join their team. This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and food items, ensuring all products are clearly labeled and fully stocked. The position also requires maintaining a neat and clean environment within the club by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned duties, support club policies, and act with honesty and integrity, prioritizing member needs. A safe and positive environment for both members and colleagues is essential, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and respect. The role emphasizes moving with speed and agility, innovating, adapting, and maintaining a friendly attitude. Members are expected to deliver service excellence, resolve concerns, and ensure a safe and positive experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean) and GOLD club standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized) is required. Understanding business performance reporting and the impact of consistent execution is also key.

Requirements

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Carries out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Supports the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
• Acts with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address all concerns and to escalate any concerns, as appropriate.
• Ensures a safe and positive environment for our members and each other.
