About The Position

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week overnight stock position. The schedule is Monday through Friday and every other weekend, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The Stock Crew Member performs stock crew duties according to department standards and procedures, including managing inventory, rotating and stocking products, and merchandising. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, hanging weekly sales signage, and cooperating with other departments and store management as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills, including reading, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn the characteristics and qualities of the products and services offered by Mackenthun's.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and keep over-stock products organized.
• Rotate products on shelves.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products at management's request.
• Work cooperatively with other departments and overall store management as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Hang weekly sales signage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform duties in a manner that safeguards company property, resources, and image.
