The Overnight Stock Clerk role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintaining a neat and clean club environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and procedures, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member needs, ensure a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues, embrace inclusion and diversity, collaborate respectfully, work as a team to achieve goals, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Additionally, team members should understand how to access and read departmental production and/or financial performance reporting and recognize the impact of consistent execution on the business.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club.
• Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked.
• Maintains the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris from the store.
• Carries out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Supports the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.

• Understands how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
• Sees the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
