About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; keeps merchandise fully stocked, clearly labeled, and accurately signed; and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes handling damaged or spoiled products according to company procedures, removing trash and cardboard, and following club policies. Team members are expected to provide friendly member service, support a safe and inclusive environment, collaborate to meet goals, and deliver daily GOLD club standards. Other duties may be assigned, including work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Keep merchandise fully stocked and maintain display signage.
• Create labels and/or apply merchandise sales tags, ensuring product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support compliance.
• Provide friendly service, address or escalate member concerns, and help maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet goals and deliver daily GOLD club standards.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
