About The Position

This is a part-time position requiring full open/overnight availability (11 PM-7 AM). The Overnight Stock Clerk is responsible for stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and food items within the club. This role ensures all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, and act with honesty and integrity, prioritizing member concerns and escalating them as appropriate. A safe and positive environment for members and colleagues is paramount, as is embracing inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and respect. Team members should work together to achieve goals, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Delivering service excellence through all points of contact, resolving and deescalating member concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive member experience are key. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked and promotional plans executed, maintain visible accurate signage, clean and organized, inside and out) is expected. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact are also important.

Requirements

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
