This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. It ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, and strive for flawless execution. They must act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, and move with speed and agility. Innovation, adaptation, and a friendly, positive attitude are also key. Members are to receive service excellence, have concerns resolved, and experience a safe and positive environment. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean) is expected, including maintaining stocked items, promotional plans, visible signage, and a clean, organized club. Understanding how to access and read performance reporting and seeing the connection between execution and business impact is also important.
