About The Position

This overnight position involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and food items within the club. The role ensures all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions, support club policies, and act with honesty and integrity, always keeping the member in mind. A safe and positive environment for members and colleagues is paramount, as is embracing inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and respect. The role requires working as a team to achieve goals, moving with speed and agility, innovating and adapting, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Members are to receive excellent service through all points of contact, with concerns resolved and deescalated. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean) is expected, including maintaining a grand opening look daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized, inside and out. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact are also key.

Requirements

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
