This role involves stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. It ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, and strive for flawless execution. They must act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, and move with speed and agility. Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude is also key. Members are to receive service excellence through all points of contact, with concerns resolved and deescalated. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) is expected, ensuring a fast, friendly, full, fresh, and clean club experience. Teamwork is essential to deliver GOLD club standards daily, with commitment and pride to achieve a grand opening look every day, with all items stocked and promotional plans executed, visible and accurate signage, and a clean and organized environment inside and out. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and its positive impact on the business is also important.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
