About The Position

The Commissary is a unique food hall within Aritzia that offers high-quality dining experiences exclusively for employees. The Food & Beverage Department aims to deliver 'Everyday Luxury' through engaging and memorable food and beverage experiences. This role is an opportunity to be part of the team curating and providing a world-class Commissary program. As the Overnight Sous Chef, Commissary, you will be responsible for preparing food offerings with culinary expertise, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining an 'Everyday Luxury' experience for guests. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career and continued growth within Aritzia.

Requirements

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in culinary arts
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• The ability to work a set schedule Sunday - Thursday from 7:30pm - 4:00am (holidays as needed)
