About The Position

Mustang Cat is hiring a dependable CDL truck driver to serve as an Overnight Parts Shuttle Driver supporting our Lufkin operations. This role is ideal for a CDL driver with a clean record, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering on time. As the Lufkin Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in transporting parts and small equipment between our Houston and Lufkin locations, ensuring our customers' machines run smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience as a truck driver transporting goods or equipment
• Confidence to make quick, safe decisions in overnight driving conditions
• Positive, self-motivated team player mindset

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate company vehicle from Houston to Lufkin and back
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining inspection logs
• Load, unload, and sort construction equipment parts and backorders
• Deliver small equipment to support the Sales Department
• Check manifests for accuracy and track parts throughout the shuttle route
• Ensure proper drop-offs at designated drop box locations
• Maintain a professional image and uphold Mustang Cat’s standards while on the road and at the shop
