About The Position

CART Solutions is a leading nationwide merchandising company. Our employees will perform a variety of merchandising assignments including remodels, resets and more. This is a W-2 temporary position with an expected end date of 11/15/26. The role involves working overnight shifts, 4-5 nights per week, typically Sunday through Thursday, for 8-hour shifts. The position is located in Buffalo, MN.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to use your own smart phone for extended periods of the shift, including photos.
Comfortable working in retail.
Able to walk, stand, bend & kneel for the duration of 8 hours.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and push up to 75 pounds.
Reliable transportation.
Jeans/Khakis, solid color shirt, closed toe shoes, belt and gloves required.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of merchandising assignments including remodels and resets.
Work overnight shifts, 4-5 nights per week (Sun-Thurs).
Complete 2hr paid training prior to first shift.
Work with a team and solo as work is needed/assigned.
Take and follow verbal and written directions.
Work the entire shift as scheduled, arriving on time and working the entire shift.
