Requirements

Security experience preferred (Military Veteran, Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, Corrections).
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Current Driver’s License required.
Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant computer skills.
Comfortable in high-visibility roles within the hotel.

Responsibilities

Patrol lobbies, corridors, and public areas to detect unsafe conditions or inoperative safety equipment.
Investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and other incidents.
Act to warn or remove individuals violating legal regulations, including state and local laws.
Provide assistance to accident victims and file necessary reports.
Notify staff of suspicious persons and take appropriate action.
Assist management and law enforcement officers in emergency situations.
Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage when needed.
Maintain courtesy van, including washing, cleaning, fueling, and transporting guests to local areas.
Maintain lobby and front entrance areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety (e.g., shoveling snow, hosing sidewalks, etc.).
Deliver messages, run errands, and offer information about hotel services, local points of interest, and entertainment.
Report to work on time and in uniform, complying with all company policies and procedures.
Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, embracing O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, and Safety culture.
Perform other related duties as required.
