About The Position

The Overnight Security/Shuttle Driver safely transports guests to and from local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and events. The role also involves assisting guests with luggage, providing a warm welcome and prompt responses to questions or requests, and handling concerns with care while escalating them when needed. The driver helps keep the shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving practices.
• Strong communication skills for handling guest questions and concerns.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet during the shift.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
