The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Overnight Security Officer (Full-Time) to join the Security team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. As an Overnight Security Officer (Full-Time), you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available for overnight shifts (Various, mostly 10PM - 2AM or 6PM - 2AM).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the resort property, guests, and team members.
• Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or other security breaches.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports on security-related incidents.
• Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Provide assistance and information to guests and team members as needed.
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence to deter potential security issues.
