We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to safely verify, load (if needed), and deliver a variety of fresh food products—including sandwiches, milk, bread, and bakery items—to convenience stores along an assigned route. Requirements

  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
  • Load the truck; lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working in 38–70°F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching (over shoulder height, at waist level, and from the floor).
  • Thrives in a dynamic, nighttime setting.
  • Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, physical/lifting assessment, criminal background check, and MVR with a clean driving record (minimal accidents or tickets in the past 3 years; no DUIs in the past 5 years).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure fresh food products are delivered accurately and on schedule to convenience stores along your designated route.
  • Utilize written and GPS directions to efficiently locate stores and navigate your route.
  • Operate an electronic tablet to accurately record delivered product quantities and complete daily check-ins with each store.
  • Collect all empty trays from stores during each delivery to maintain efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Participate in required training sessions, safety courses, and informational meetings to stay current with best practices and company standards.
  • Apply proper set points on trucks to ensure safe transport and perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting any issues.
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and promptly report any major issues to supervisors to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Work in warehouse temperatures of 38–70°F to load and unload the truck, verify order counts, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Provide professional and courteous service, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to all stores.
  • Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24–28-foot straight box truck.
  • Complete and submit DOT logs and any other required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives and organizational goals.
