About The Position

At Castor Home Health Solutions, we are seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young adult. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a patient in the comfort of their home while building a trusted, long-term relationship with them and their family. This position is available for Saturday, Sunday, or both overnight shifts. Start time is flexible at or after 8:00 PM, and the shift can end at or before 6:00 AM, making this a great option for a nurse looking for weekend overnight hours with flexibility. Our nurses enjoy consistent cases, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver personalized care that truly makes a difference. We serve patients from infants through young adults and carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success. With 24/7 clinical support, paid hands-on training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you’ll feel confident and supported from day one.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable nurses

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Support the overnight care needs of a young adult
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Support the patient and family through compassionate, dependable care
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
