As an Overnight Retail Specialist, you are key to maintaining Snappy’s legendary guest service and are responsible for having the location ready for daily operations. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask while maintaining quality.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile and provide top-notch service.
Complete daily cleaning checklists.
Follow safety procedures.
Implement store maintenance procedures (i.e., cleaning responsibilities).
Keep all coolers, shelves, and displays stocked and fronted with the correct merchandise.
Rotate and date all inventory on the floor and in storage rooms.
Rotate stock in coolers so that the newest product is nearest you and remove any out-of-date stock.
Move inventory from slower-moving to faster-moving shelves to ensure all products are within their date range.
Keep the hot beverage area clean and stocked: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, serving utensils, etc.
Be alert to shoplifting prevention procedures.
Safeguard your cash register login (Point of Sale, POS), only one person can operate a cash register at a time with their assigned POS, no exceptions.
Follow the correct vendor check-in procedures.
