Responsibilities
- Support residential service operations, including attending to residents and their guests' needs and requests, which may involve scheduling and planning experiences, services, and requests in support of private residences.
- Research and display a full understanding of New York City to provide key recommendations for services.
- Curate arrival and departures for residents and guests.
- Support residents and their guests in an attentive and friendly manner.
- Support the Waldorf Astoria New York team as assigned.
