This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store, and finding what they need. The associate ensures all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises, and assisting customers with product location and solutions. The role also involves executing cash handling to standards, engaging customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, and educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Additionally, the associate supports Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participates in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and performs merchandise recovery and maintenance. The role also includes Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The associate is expected to interact positively with others, remain respectful, and promote the organization's vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may be required, along with other assigned duties.
