About The Position

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a part-time Overnight Rehabilitative Associate to join our Residential Department. This is a part-time position (Sunday & Monday) with a base pay plus night differential pay. In this role, the Overnight Rehabilitative Associate will provide supportive counseling, restorative services, ADL Training, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in a licensed residential program.

Requirements

BA in Human Services OR High School diploma and two years of experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities
Knowledge of residential services, substance abuse, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice
Clean, valid New York State Driver’s License
Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health

Responsibilities

Provide supportive counseling
Provide restorative services
Provide ADL Training
Provide crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in a licensed residential program
