About The Position

This role is for an Overnight Program Supervisor within Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services residential treatment team, specifically for their children's IDD/Autism residential treatment program. The position involves ensuring the safety and well-being of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities, providing supervision to direct care staff, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and professional standards. The supervisor will also provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to direct reports, and participate in employee orientation and ongoing training.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credits hours in a human services discipline to include but not limited to psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, heath, recreation, criminal justice, counseling; and a minimum of two years direct care experience.
OR 60 college credits from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (as described above); and three years direct care experience.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
