This technician coordinates between hospital units and the pharmacy to ensure patient discharge medications are received, processed, and any issues resolved prior to the patient's discharge from the hospital. A candidate with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and retail/community pharmacy experience would be a good fit for this role.
