We offer personal care, companionship, homemaking, dementia care, and end-of-life care, driven by strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our staff. The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Overnight Caregiver to join our team. This role is typically for the hours of 8pm- 8am (times may be flexible depending on the client's needs). Our caregivers serve as a steady, reassuring presence for clients and their families during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, calm, and committed to preserving dignity and safety in the home. Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)
• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
• Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the shift
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, repositioning)
• Support mobility and transfers as needed
• Medication reminders (as permitted)
• Light housekeeping related to client care
• Document care and communicate updates to the office
• Maintain a peaceful, safe environment throughout the night
