Castor Home Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young child in Freeport, Illinois. Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN or RN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate and dependable nurses
- Strong communication and reliability

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a young child
- Support the child’s overnight care needs
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide compassionate, dependable support to the patient and family
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
