In Imperial, a premier store within our Southwest Agriculture division, you'll work with machinery and parts produced by John Deere. The farmers and customers in this area produce an array of crops. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license: with a clean driving record.
- Safe driving habits: ability to operate a delivery vehicle and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Strength and stamina: ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs or more.
- Attention to detail: ensure accuracy of parts, orders, and delivery documentation.
- Customer-first mindset: strong communication and customer service skills.
- Schedule availability: Ability to work a regular shift of 4:00 PM - 12:00/1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver what’s needed: transport parts and supplies between locations, customers, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.
- Stay accurate and organized: ensure orders are correct, documented, and delivered on time.
- Represent the team: provide excellent customer service during deliveries and handle basic questions professionally.
- Handle the details: maintain delivery logs, records, and required documentation.
- Ensure safe operations: maintain the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
