Requirements

Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Valid driver's license
At least 18 years of age
Friendly, dependable, and able to work well with guests and fellow team members
All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

Walk the parking deck and stairwells daily to remove trash and debris
Spot pressure wash designated areas around the property as needed
Remove grease, oil, and gum stains
Clean valet areas, parking equipment, signs, glass, and mirrors on a daily and weekly basis
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned
