About The Position

Julius Silvert, a family-owned wholesale food distribution company, is expanding its Overnight Order Selector team. This position selects, stores, packs, and monitors product inventory while fulfilling customer orders accurately in a warehouse environment. The role requires operating warehouse equipment and working in freezer, cooler, and dry storage conditions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using an electric ride-on standing pallet jack (double pallet length).
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in multiple temperatures: -10 degrees in the freezer, 40 degrees in the cooler, and occasional hot and humid conditions in the dry area.
• Must pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet the picking quota.
• Solid, verifiable previous work history; food industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
