About The Position

As the Overnight Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for quality assurance of service, filling gaps in scheduling/staffing needs, responding to customer issues in the portfolio, and providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. You will provide positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. You will also check in with all overnight team members in the portfolio. This position reports directly to Parkwell's Project Manager at the location. The schedule for this full-time position is typically overnight, from 11 PM to 7 AM, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, though this may vary depending on needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, parking, customer service, security, transportation, or a related operations environment preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred, with the ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to respond calmly and effectively to customer concerns, staffing issues, equipment problems, and other operational challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete paperwork, audits, cash/revenue reconciliation, and operational reports
  • Ability to monitor staffing levels and identify coverage gaps, communicating staffing needs to management as necessary
  • Basic ability to troubleshoot parking equipment and technology, with the judgment to escalate issues when additional support is required
  • Ability to learn and follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards and reinforce those standards with other team members
  • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability when handling customer vehicles, keys, revenue, and personal property
  • Must be dependable and punctual, particularly given the overnight nature of the position
  • Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday overnight schedule, typically 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with flexibility based on operational needs
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record, if required to operate company or guest vehicles
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, navigate tight spaces, run when required, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Ensure coverage at all locations is adequate
  • Audit daily paperwork for sites within the portfolio
  • Greet every customer encountered with a warm and friendly greeting
  • Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance and be able to anticipate guests' needs
  • Coach and train other associates on service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Learn the names of key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc.)
  • Report immediately to management any issues related to equipment, customer, or client experience
  • Accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
  • Troubleshoot issues with parking equipment
  • Abide by all Parkwell safety standards and training
  • Secure keys in locked podium/key box
  • Verify ownership of vehicles keys for claim check
  • Perform and stay organized under stress
  • Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guests, guest vehicles, and personal possessions
  • Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
  • Perform other duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and open-mindedness
