CURA of Watkins is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Nurse Supervisor to join our team. Our facility is a 5-Star CMS-rated facility and a deficiency-free building, and we are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our residents. The Overnight Nurse Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight during the overnight shift while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, providers, and facility leadership to promote excellent clinical outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions during the overnight shift.
Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
Ability to work the required 12-hour overnight schedule and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed.
Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
Ensure physician orders, treatments, medications, and care plans are followed.
Communicate significant resident changes and concerns to providers, families, and leadership as appropriate.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Promote compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and standards of nursing practice.
Support a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Participate in quality improvement and resident-safety initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff while maintaining a resident-centered approach.
