About The Position

Ridgewood Rehab & Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide outstanding overnight care for our residents. As a valued member of our overnight team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring residents receive the comfort, safety, and clinical care they deserve throughout the night. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and providing compassionate care in a calm and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current active Nebraska RN or LPN license required and must be in good standing
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• High personal integrity and professionalism
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for providing exceptional care and service

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care during overnight hours
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other team members
• Support CNAs and CMAs in delivering exceptional resident care
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night
• Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
