Work with at-risk youth ages 7 to 18 to assist them in reintegrating into the community! Take the opportunity to help make a positive impact on Colorado youth! This entry level position is a great way to launch your career in counseling, mental health, social services, psychology, behavioral health and human services as a counselor, therapist, mental health technician, mental health therapist, mental health counselor and substance abuse counselor. Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $23.00-$28.75 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. Shifts: Full-Time Float Employees will be assigned a weekly schedule comprised of overnight and weekend hours. Based in Centennial but flexibility to all campus locations is required. Full-time hours are scheduled, however, if the employee chooses not to work full-time hours as scheduled, PTO or sick time must be used. The employee must demonstrate flexibility with the scheduling process.
